I had the same thing happen to me... I truly do not understand what I did. They couldn’t think I was cheating because I suck ass at the game and my event scores show it.
Stopping at 37% can occur for a few reasons. A temporary ban, you are using a jailbroken device, or you are connecting through a proxy server. For the first one it will be unbanned when the time runs out, for the other two you will need to use a different device or connection.
My account did the same thing, and I never cheated. I plan on deleting this application. and leave negative feedback. You should have at least made me aware of what I am accused of doing!
