Can't play the game

Hello this is Gary Skinner I'm playing your game under the team name skinner73. I was locked out of the game since Saturday morning. I got someone by the name Jewel to unlock my account but now I have no chats and I can't contribute points to my club. Some of my buddies are telling me I'm jailed but I didn't do anything to be jailed. Can someone please help me I haven't been able to play since Saturday and I love playing the game.

    Exact same thing happened to me but they wont even discuss it with me..If you have any luck please let me know
