Being Jailed Question

If you are jailed, will they normally reinstate you at some point or should you just forget about it and delete game?

    I wish I knew I have been fighting with them for a month over being jailed for no reason.

    I got jailed for no reaso on a Friday and reinstated on Monday and was not a big spender
