    your account is suspended (probably for no reason). Same thing happened to me. Customer care wont be able to help you or tell you why. All they will say is to check back to see IF you are allowed to log back in

    There are a variety of reasons it can stop loading.  If there was a suspension we can let you know when it will be unlocked.  Since you can't send a ticket through the app you will want to use the support website to create one https://glumobile.helpshift.com/a/mlb-tap-sports-baseball-2018/

    But they can't tell you why it was suspended.  Seems suspect for those of us that have not done anything close to cheating and still get suspended.
