Why was I suspended?

in Creating a Customer Care Ticket
It says I was temporarily suspended. 
Why?
there should at the very least be a message as to why.
all i do is play on my phone at work and at home. What did I do?

    And apparently now I’m not suspended. 
    So I was suspended for all of 3 minutes?

    It can be a number of things. Sometimes if you have spotty service while playing or your on WiFi and the signal is weak, the game may think your doing something suspicious. Reason why is in the past people would go on airplane mode and manipulate the game. Now they have a security measure is set in place to temporarily suspend your account when there is no service while attempting to play. Another reason why you could have collected a reward to quickly and it the game may think your trying to glitch( people have glitches it in the past). It’s a number of things if you haven’t done anything wrong I wouldn’t worry to much about it.
