Need some help, I believe my WWE Universe account and device was wrongfully banned

I need some help from someone who might be able to help. My username is Alex in WWE Universe and the device it is currently on has been falsely marked as jailed broken and the account has been accused of getting credits using a unauthorized cheat tool or exploit. In order to have a cheat tool in a Ipad, it has to be Jail Broken at the very least which I have not done.
