Does Glu really "care" for their players

I messaged them a 4:40 about not receiving my WWE universe rewards for 6th place on July 7th 2019. I should've received a silver Kane. I believe anyone with this problem should receive at least something for you wasting our time.

    Our goal turn around time on tickets is 2 days.  If you didn't get your reward we will be sure to recover it for you.

    Honestly, I've had some issues with customer service. However, they really do get you earned rewards when something goes wrong.  Be patient. 😁
