Update won't allow game to load

I downloaded the update on my Android. The new update will not go past 10 on the load screen. Then the game closes. It's been like that since 11 a.m. central.

    Extremely so. We have an outside club chat, and I know most haven't been effected. Tho at least one other in my club can't get on either.

    Same thing with me.  Im on an Android.   I've got att wifi.  Over 4gb of free space.  Is it saying "not responding"? When I review the report it says due to out of memory.  But was working fine before update and I have plenty of RAM.  The update should not have been able to finish if it was a phone system issue I feel.

    Dad, I'm the same. Plenty of memory, and at and t WiFi.  Tho mine will start to load and just stop working at 10

    @DaveMustang ok, seen a few on FB that were using galaxy j3. Is also what I'm using. Thanks .

    @DaveMustang , have you got a response from CS? I got one . Told me to reinstall the app. Didn't work  neither. This is insane..

    Yeah, they told me that too. Like no one tried that. I have it another shot this morning but got the same result. I wrote them off the web and through the old version.  Really getting frustrated.

    Repeating myself lol. I'm part of a few threads. They know there's a problem. Apparently we're too few for it to be taken very seriously.
