Yeah I already hit level 10 as well and they told me that I can't get the rewards because I'm not VIP but they are no clear cut criterion for getting VIP. It kinda upsets me that I can't get the notification off my game that I have allstar rewards waiting. I agree that VIP status should probably be special but also make some type of criterion so people know why they have or have not achieved that status.

Be active, level 10 all star, positive influence and be lucky. Just what I’ve gathered searching through the forums the last few weeks
