My ticket has been ignored, anyone else having same issue?

 I am playing this et2 game and i have spent a large amount for money for this. The game goes into reset so i put a ticket to fix it. I searched on forums for the advice on finding the refunding of non-resolving tickets. Anyone has an idea about this?

    I also facing same issue, but i think i did not match a level of explain my problem with them.

    I feel like they are very responsive. Honestly when people have posted in the past that they haven’t gotten responses or delayed it’s because of their language ect. If your abusive to service but I’ve only seen that like twice. If that’s not it then ignore but I’ve had a good experience. Good luck man
