Who else get a message can't play videos in achievements ?

I get this 80% of the time . I lose out on lots of rewards. 
Customer care doesn't care says it's not their problem it's the advertiser's .

    I've learned a trick when this happens.  Play a bonus game and play the video to do the small boost.  You should be good to go after that.  Works 95% of the time for me.
