In b&g immortals, I paid for the 300 gems for $9.99 . The money was taken off my account but I have not received the gems..my name on that game is topherfied and my email is [email protected]

    Hey, I purchased gems  in "Eternity Warriors 4" via Google Play; the purchase was confirmed and took the money off my account but never receive the gems.. I escalated it to Google Play, but an auto-reply referred me back to GLU -- and GLU's front line email customer care referred me to this community.. Please have my purchase-issue rectified promptly..
