Why wasn’t I given any points toward allstar after purchase?

I was at 5120 Allstar tickets and only needed to get to 5190 so I purchased the “base crusin special” for $20 and was given the 10 boxes and 2000 gold but not a single point towards 5190. I made that purchase just for that. Thank you and I hope to get it fixed.

I'd be more than happy to give you insight! Unfortunately anything that has to do with personal account information has to be handled directly with our customer service team! Please contact customer support from within game for assistance and I'm sure they can tell you what's going on with your with your All-Star ticket count.
