Missing Purchased Gold (Contract Killer: Sniper)

Made a 3200 Gold purchase at about noon on 9/25/2015, I contacted support twice via the app, I even sent a screenshot of my payment receipt email received from Apple through the Customer Care's Contact Us section. I sent another request today and still no response or the gold I paid for.:mad:

How long do I have to wait to receive what I paid for?
