VIP status?

in Creating a Customer Care Ticket
I’ve completed all levels of All Star and can no longer get rewards for level 10. How do I become VIP? I play literally all day until event ends and I clearly spend a lot of money. What else do I need to do to become VIP?

    Well I heard you have to pay an amount of money on the game $810 I think u have to be active on forums and they have to notice you but that’s what I heard so idk!
