New phone game won’t load

I got a new iPhone and transferred over all my data but when I go to load my game it says try again. Underneath it says unable to start game. Make sure your not using anonymous proxies and not running on a jail token device. Has anybody ever experienced this? Thanks

Hi. I'm trying to log into my perviously saved game on a new Android device through Facebook but it just keeps taking me back to kustomization. I'm freaking out because I'm married and in the A+ list. Help please??

Do you still have access to the game on the old device?
Can you log the game into your fb acct? I did nt notice ehe n i transferred s game thuscwerrk

Oh, oh there's a question have you played before or I played before something like that tap that and that's it should let you log into your Facebook account it will ask if you want to bring it up from Facebook game center if your iOS or I think Google if your Android
