I am a VIP and I sent a message to support on the game Friday the 5th and I still have not received an answer back from anyone.  Not sure if there is an issue with the system or what is going on BUT I want an answer

    Yeah support for glu is sometimes VERY slow it stinks I wish they would change that soon

    Luckily support's current oldest ticket only 13 min old, so your issue should be resolved by now.
