News are not working

Hi guys,
for 3 month the news sections is not working in my app. Probably all german apps. Is there any Solution? The Image Below is from yesterday. I want to stay up to date so i dont waste my gems in case we are expecting new events.

    Be sure to submit a ticket through the game and we can check it out.  There isn't a widespread issue that I am aware of but might be localization specific.

    Hey @Danwhynot
    You can send in a ticket by:
    1.Clicking on the Gear icon in the upper right hand corner of your screen. This takes you to the "Settings".
    2. From the "Settings" menu, tap the "Customer Care" button
    3. Finally in the top right corner again, you'll notice a "message" icon. Please click this button. It allows you to send a msg directly to support.
