Cooking Dash creating a new ticket issue

I am having some problems getting the final venue of the lastest Trial of Style to load. I contacted customer service , got a fast response, but it did not fix the problem. The representative wrote my ticket would be closed, and I should open a new one should I have any other problems. Problem is I do not see how to start a new ticket, and all queries I am now making get no system responses or people ones. This is really frustrating!
