Club reset

I have heard clubs resetting often and keeping the same players but in order to reset there club as a whole. What is the benefit to that? Does it make a difference what tier you are in for events or CVC?

    We reset a lot, the clubs great I’m just not in charge so I go with it. I honestly don’t see a difference, it all matters how much we play and who we have
