Account suspended/Locked out

I am beginning to get very frustrated with this. I have been locked out of my account for over an hour. While I do not spent a lot of money on this game I do watch a lot of the videos daily to get free gold. All of which I have spent during this event; roughly 10k. Prior to me getting locked out my app was forcing closing constantly. I understand you can’t repay me my time but some form of compensation would be nice. This is also not the first time this has happened and it very frustrating because this game can be very fun most of the time. This is one of those times where it is not.
