Amazon Prime on TSB20 problem

I tried to login with my girlfriends Amazon Prime account to get the free gifts and it says that I am not a member. I can't even try to check the info I put in to make sure that put the right information in. GLU seems to have a lot of unhappy people playing their games and I cam see why that is.

    It did tht to me, it was my Own personal Amazon PRIME account and I had to change my Amazon code 3 times!! I missed most the days of gifting! I wrote vip customer service, this was icing on cake! Paying for subscription and not getting it....smh..

    I meant paying for the vip daily subscription...400 on gold and 2000 prime xp wld have BEEN PERFECT... Please fix whatever is up w my account and Anyone’s else issues that are HINDERING ME FROM WANTING TO PLAY, and I love playing.  ?🤞☮️’ thank u
