Giving players as gift to others

I have a suggestion and not sure if anyone has ever brought it up.  There are many occasions where some players you no longer need and will trade it in for XP.  Would it not be a good idea to be able to gift that player to a teammate or a friend instead of trading for XP?

    That would be awesome, would also be helpful to new players just starting out.

    I would love that, I had a similar idea of trading players maybe within your club. But either one gifting or trading would definitely help out other players. 
    I do pretty good with the boxes but some in my club can't get a legend or ATG if their lives depended on it. Please Glu make this a reality 🙏.
