Lost game

I have my original team in my club that lve been with for 4 years. But I cannot play it when I try it gives me a new bronze team.i see it every 2 minutes but can't open it.ive tried Facebook and it says cannot hook up with Facebook. I've tried email and it says cannot use this device have to use original device. I can still use my credit card from my team but it goes to bronze team..been 3 days.and can't figure out what's wrong and dang ain't getting help from c.s. in fact a few tickets I've sent in just to see what they're doing and the reply comes back conversation closed. ha.ha.ha...I don't know. Any advice
