Lost my acc. How to recovery

Hi there... I had a problem and I need a help. 
I was links my second account to one smartphone and in this smartphone there was the same mail of my first account.
Well... My second account was linked on my first account. 
How can I recover my first acc?

    Hello catoplepas! We can help you recover your account.

    Please open the app in question and then go to the in-game Settings where you'll find a button titled "Customer Care." You can tap this to start a Customer Support Ticket.

    Please include the following in your Customer Support Ticket:
    (1) Name of the app in question
    (2) Both names of both accounts
    (3) Any email names connected to those accounts

    This will help us assist you more efficiently.

    Please help. I'm getting crazy. One week to recovery an account, only bots and stupids answers. 
    It's incredible that I had to proof 3 times that the account in mine and every time having a closed door.

    Please give me real help. This is the worst support centre ever seen

    Hey @catoplepas! Thank you for making us aware of your issue. 

    The agent you're speaking to is definitely not a bot and they are just trying to establish that you are the account owner and not someone trying to steal your account data, which i is unfortunately a measure that support has to take to ensure your account's safety. Once you are able to provide proof of ownership, support will be able to properly assist in the account recovery. 

    We appreciate your patience and understanding in this matter.
