Phone crashed lost progress

Hi my phone crashed and uninstalled game once i went back in i lost 2 weeks progress its saved in Facebook i lost SYS clothes , Kstars , special event tasks etc.. are you able to help please as i spent money on the SYS and lost it all . Thank you :)

    Hey @Bonz90! I'm sorry to hear about the issues that you experienced. 

    Your best resolution would be to contact support from within the settings menu in game. In your message to customer care, please be sure to list as much detail as you can regarding the incident so they can properly fix the issue. The more information they have, the faster it may be to resolve.

    Hi 
    I lost my progress. I was signed on with Facebook, but despite signing in, I am unable to restore my game. I emailed customer care. No response yet. what are my options.

    Hey @Cookk! The customer care wait times are typically extremely short, so at this point an agent should have you squared away! Just to confirm, were you able to get your account recovered by support?
