Perfumaria still locked..?

I am level 21 and the perfume business is still locked. Is there a specific goal I need to finish to unlock it or why does it not unlock so I can buy it? 😬

    Just keep playing, and all the game features should unlock in time.  I know Level 25 unlocks the weekday storyline, but just keep playing and rising in level.  All the businesses and other features will unlock as you progress. :)

     I have exactly the same problem.  Anyone got a suggestion? When it will be unlocked?
