Hello there,

Today started new SYS event, Paris theme and I was supposed to submit first look (2 tickets in the beginning as usual) but while submitting it gave me an error, so I refresh the game and while I sign in again there was no tickets left, I have not used even a single.

    Hey @radhaam! I know this affected a large group of people, and was shortly resolved by the development team afterwards. 

    If you found that after the fix you were still missing tickets, please contact customer care from within the settings menu of the game. 

    Be sure to include the date of the issue along with as many details as possible for the fastest resolution. 

    I sincerely hopes this helps and we can quickly get everything corrected for you!
