Jailed?

New to this forum and this is my first year playing. Bought FP for first time this weekend as I had good box luck and wanted to take advantage. With about an hour left in weekend event, after I had almost 2 trillion points…my club lost all my points, I showed as 0 for the weekend, and I can’t chat in the club, global, or DMs. I can still read my club chat and they’re saying they think I got jailed. I have no clue why this would happen and CS has only responded to ask my username in 12 hours. Any suggestions? I’m pretty frustrated by this at this point.

    Just happened to me as well. Did you get unjailed? And how did you go about it? And how long did it take?
