Not getting Fan rewards on tsb

I’m not able to get my rewards for about a week now. I click on collect and nothing is collected and button still stays up

Thanks for letting us know about your issue. Unfortunately, we have no way of resolving account related issues via the forum like rewards.
Would you mind sending this info to support from within the settings menu of your game? Try including a screenshot if you have one, that way we can send the bug report over to our dev team for investigation!
