Generally the difference comes down to the pennants. The boosts from pennants can be significant and the AI is using all their gained boosts on 1 team versus you using yours likely on a variety of teams. That is why later in the season is tougher.

Actually there is a very detailed FAQ and many agents that work in the Customer Care group. While we normally try for a 48 hour turn around on tickets we are probably closer to double that due to the large volume.

The oldest ticket is around 5 days old. If you have been waiting weeks we didn't get your ticket. You should submit a new one through the app.

The wait time is a bit long at the moment but the first question they will likely ask is if it works without the game controller. If so, there likely isn't a quick fix for you.
