I did not ask them for a refund. I did communicate what I experienced with specific details and left out anything that didn't add value to them fixing the issue and definitely had no expectations of a refund. They em gave me 50 gold for me feedback

iPhone 6s 10.3.1 Facebook When I reinstall and play without connecting to FB account it plays fine. Once connected, if I can connect, it plays extremely slow. I have over 30gb of free space, 9mb download speed, no applications or unnecessary process running in background, 17% of memory being used.

I wasn't aware of that. Good information. I'm not sure if what I was doing with FB login was necessarily why I was able to play but it worked. Tonight it will eventually go past 61% but it is a long wait - and in game between innings or after games it's about 30 - 40 seconds between loads.

Easier steps - iOS go to settings - Facebook - password - re-enter password - hit done - - connect to tsb17 - wait a minute - crush. Email users maybe try settings - email - re-enter password- same steps etc? Anything that gets new authentication.

I'm able to resolve it by checking the log in history in Facebook - it keeps showing my iPhone as an iPad trying to log in - once I say "this wasn't me" and go through process of resetting password - turn on notify me of log ins - uninstall tsb 2017 - reconnect to Facebook - while it hangs at 61 check email for Facebook…

I have had hang ups at 89% on iOS but eventually pushes through. Starting today it hangs at 61% and won't load at all.
