When you get the comeback quest, you do not have to finish it to get your other storyline gigs. I JUST completed my 1st comeback storyline and I have been on my 2nd comeback since forever lol!!! So I still got my other gigs as normal in the meantime…

Yes, I get the stars around a day AFTER I am billed. :) I am usually billed early mornings and would get the stars (it comes in a pop-up notificiation saying "Thanks for subscribing! Here is your 220 stars"), the NEXT afternoon/evening.
