We sent GLU screen shots and 3 days later they say they are "still researching it". Probably the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Our entire club has gotten the runaround.

Same...I thought the game was just crashed and I missed the suspended part until you said something about it. I literally did nothing other than play it and watch it crash today.

same for me, after every round. Sent CS a note, then about 10 minutes later the game just stopped loading. Hopefully they took it offline to fix it.

They got it right by putting it into the game to begin with. Gave everyone a decent shot (at least, as decent as your club is). Now? It's just punch buttons and hope for the best. Not interesting anymore.

Agree completely. They ruined the part of the game I enjoyed the most. And spending $14.99 doesn't even guarantee you the player...it guarantees you a 5% chance. I won't bother playing it anymore. If my club wants to play it, that's up to them.

That's weird. Mine worked fine over the weekend and as recently as midnight, in fact. now this morning the same ad keeps cycling and it's causing issues. I'm not using any headset so it seems like the ad is a GLU issue.

The gold worked fine for me until it didn't reset tonight. Another great trick to keep your gold level down.
