There's nothing wrong with your game, you've probably just done all you can do until there's another update, unless there are any tasks which unlock at level 21+

I think the RED update was only available for Apple.

It's not a problem, you've probably just reached the end of the current story. Hopefully they'll update it with new quests soon.

I don't think it's a problem with your phone/game, I just don't think there ARE any new assignments with the new update, at least until the Dec 1 RED stars challenge. We just have to do small filler jobs until they update the story, really. :(

It will say at the bottom of the screen near the empty hearts/stars when you first go to the location of the job/date how many you have out of how many you need for the bonus :)

Is it just closing on the loading screen? Try freeing up some space on your phone, that helps when mine does that! :)
