Sometimes it does not ping the servers pending on their internet connection which may be why their score updated to a large amount. If you firmly believe that this is a cheater, feel free to PM me and I'll have the developers take a look.

It is possible if you've unlocked all prep recipe slots and have a bunch of saucers. Competition does tend to drive people to work harder to get more points.

You only lose the saucer if it's a milestone. If you do lose progress reinstalling, let the customer care agent know. They'll be able to help put whatever you lose back.
