Hi! I've been experiencing the same thing I know this post is a bit older but how did it work out for you? My npcs go up 20+ spots constantly and support is no help even with screen shots like yours. It is so frustrating it makes me want to quit

I’ve been having this issue as well! It’s so frustrating. I made it to #4 then bumped to #23 in a matter of a couple hours..Last week I was #12, went to bed and woke up to #16 then did parties and logged in later and went to #20. Now I’m down to #23 after making it back to #15. Other players on the top stars move up 25-35…

I finally got the seasons message in mailbox, but still no event.. or reply from "customer care "... and yes ive closed my app and reopened it another 20 times since I saw the message. 😆

I too, still have no seasons.. this was my response from "customer care" 🤦🏼♀️ ive only closed and reopened the app 500,000 times and turned my iPad off more times than i have in the year and half ive had it 😂
