  • You are most likely talking about the Google Cloud Save. When you use a saved profile then it overwrites whatever you were on, I don't believe there is a way to reverse that unfortunately :(

  • The game progress is not saved anywhere online. It is saved on your device. If you uninstall the game then you're pretty much deleting your progress as well. Unfortunately there is no way to retrieve something that is not being saved :(
  • This is a sign that your device is running out of memory due to multiple apps running in the background. Clear your device memory by closing the other apps and then play the game; it should work fine at that point.
