I really don't know it happened to me over the weekend as well I did everything you mentioned about the only way I could get it to unfreeze was by trading in the inactive players. I had numerous ones as well that if I would've known ahead of time I would at least put them as subs or locked them so they would not be traded.…

You've got too many inactive players on your roster you will have to trade them in that's the only way to make it unfreeze. It really sucks.

Auto playing you can play a game in about 10 seconds- you could easily do 20-25 games just by yourself in 5 minutes if not close to 30 games.

Exactly!! I'm sure if he played them multiple times over the weekend he would change his tune. Using 80 gold boost was irrelevant against them. I kinda got a kick out of it when they moved it back to normal temporarily because I'm sure his club mates were facing him as well. After awhile he moved it back up.
