It sounds like you were able to transfer most of your progress. Unfortunately, we can't restore lost progress. Sometimes when players transfer between devices, they can't keep everything. Sorry this happened!!

The next VIP event starts on January 1. If you open the holiday gift box on January 1 during the VIP event, then you can get the rewards. I hope that answers your questions. If not, let me know!

Which style level are you in? I asked the team about this and if you're in a higher style level, then there would be fewer players in the style level and therefore there's a higher chance of sometimes seeing the same people.
