your account is suspended (probably for no reason). Same thing happened to me. Customer care wont be able to help you or tell you why. All they will say is to check back to see IF you are allowed to log back in

Mine was suspended as well and if exploiting the systems is playing too much every day then I am guilty. I would like my account restored as well and given all the boxes and bonus players that I missed during the suspension

Same thing happened to me and customer service tells me they cant tell me why. they also wont tell me when or if i will be able to log back in
