So I sent in a ticket to customer service, they gave me an automated response saying it was being bumped up to priority response. That was at 11:30 this morning. Is this common not to receive a response in a work day? Once again, I'm in bronze 1 when I should be in gold. @KalindaKing
The glitch leveled me down to bronze I, so I'm sad to be missing out on the toweled hair and mask, but these scores have me currently in 1st, so there's that 🤷♀️
