What kind of animals are there to hunt in New York City..stray dogs and sewer rats?

What region should you do the rare hunts? Does it matter? I have done a few rare hunts spread out through the regions and haven't won jack.

I have a suggestion.. Hunting four legged animals gets kinda boring, can we get a chance to smoke "Big Foot" shoot his ass right in the nuts for extra cash... That would be awesome.. Thanks and keep up the great work.
