• Everything I have read seems to me like it is luck of the draw. I do believe that if active for a long time and of course you spend money, eventually you will get the VIP invite. I want VIP too but in the meantime I'll just continue to play the game and hope it comes.

• Season mode is based on the real team. So look at season mode as playing against an actual MLB team. Good teams are designed to be difficult while others may be easy. So some times a pitcher that you have could be one overall for you but for the actual team he may be better.
