Things happen guys! Updates to the game, servers, etc. Would you rather Glu spend time updating each person and writing news post or allow them all hands on deck for a resolution? Every single time I have messaged Glu they have responded in a proper amount of time with a legit response. Give them a break. Stuff happens.
I’m nearing the end of Gold, and I am currently considering if I should wait a bit or not. Most of my players are capped but I have no XP, 150 Evo, 4500 Prime, very little gold.
I have had good experiences with their customer service. They typically respond quickly. I do not agree with their stance on how to handle situations that cost me money.
