Today I received an email saying that I have been re-awarded 1224 Glu credits. I have 3 total... I believe they are mistaking Glu cash with Glu gold credits which is what their offer advertises. How can I submit a ticket number that I never received? I clicked on missing credits and it takes me to Tapjoy. I am just very frustrated with this entire process. Almost two weeks have gone buy and I still have not received any credits or real help from Tapjoy/Glu. The only response I get is that, "It's not their fault and they have done everything correctly." It's been a terrible experience for something that should have been so easy.

I appreciate your time but I am still having an issue with the Glu credits I have transferring to Heroes of Destiny. Deer Hunter shows my credits while Heroes of Destiny does not. Please help me to resolve this issue.

My other Glu games show 60 credits or so which is still not accurate but I only show 2 glu credits in Heroes of Destiny. I reinstalled the game and lost my progress which is fine. I'm further along now, but I still can't use any of the credits in Heroes of Destiny. I just want to get this issue resolved.

The fact remains that the customer service has been absolutely terrible. Slow response times (if any at all) and blame placed on the customer (me) when it is clearly a bug in the game. This has been a bad experience all around...

I have submitted multiple support tickets and the customer service has been absolutely terrible. The only response I have received is that my account is reflecting the balance of glu credits. It is in other games but is definitely not showing in the actual game on my phone.

His point is still valid though. I cannot access any glu credits through this game either. This is a major issue.
