Yeah I agree I can watch other player when die and wait until games finished it annoying because only in multiplayer can earn 310 daily... Wow you why your game crashes because you buy gems they crash or reset your games so that you'll buy again and again but wait you can refund your money. You can ask iTunes support for refund. Hope these will help you.

Are you sure that the data were save in iCloud? Since I do notice although I saved my games data but after all when update comes. My games were reset to level one. I knew that glu is really sick they advice to do this and that but it's not happening. Like have problems in game they when delete and reinstalling the game data will not lost STUPID. Even it is save in iCloud. It happen to my others device.
