For the past three or four days I've been only able to open one daily gift box instead of two before I have to pay k stars. What gives?

I got set back a couple of days as well. Also now every time I try to loud the game a pop up in the screen says update available even though I already updated it

Still hasn't been resolved! And no one has responded to my ticket submission. I tried installing the game on my computer and iPad and each had the same issue: no box to click to watch videos for k stars. I wonder if it is an apple issue
