You are not alone. Android user here and I haven't been able to start one game before it crashes. It's been like that today.

Did you manage to download the full Lucky Langoustine season? If not, it might happen. Mine stayed at 0% and I have been having the same problem like you do.

tried the above, no luck. Pizza Paisan, Lucky Langoustine, the Duel, the market all showing either "downloading 0%" or "content for this feature is downloading 6.7% complete". tried reinstalling, no luck either.
