Like to play on multiple devices and actually be able to back up IAP's. if you don't back my game up chance are I am not going to spend real money. I learned the hard way from Gun Bros 2. Please fix guys!

Welcome to the forum Jonnyboi51, I agree with your request and have requested same so it's good to have other voices amplifying a good suggestion we just need GLU to hear us.

Welcome jonnyboi51. I also agree with your request and would love to see something like this in the future. I think without it, it does to some extent de-incentivize players from spending real money as you said. The way I look at it is the more devices that can play a "saved game", 1) the more likely players will play because it will be more accessible to them, 2) the more likely players will spend real money, as you said 3) and the more likely the game can increase its reach and exposure to other potential players.
